This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how ProQueue, Inc. ("Fleety," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our products and services, including but not limited to our website(s), browser extensions, web applications, APIs, and integrations (collectively, the "Services").
Fleety provides tools for home-service businesses to manage and optimize routing, scheduling, and customer communications. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account and Authentication Data
When you create an account, log in, or authenticate via a third-party provider, we collect identifiers such as your email address, user identifier, and authentication tokens necessary to manage and secure your access.
1.2 ServiceTitan Data
When you connect Fleety to your ServiceTitan account and authorize our integration, we may access and process certain ServiceTitan data as permitted by ServiceTitan's API and your authorization. This may include job information, technician information, schedule details, and related operational data.
We only access the categories of data necessary to deliver the Services. We do not use ServiceTitan data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
1.3 Usage, Technical, and Device Data
We may automatically collect data when you use the Services, including browser type, device identifiers, operating system, server logs, crash reports, and usage statistics. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Services.
1.4 Persistent Identifiers and Preferences
To personalize and improve your experience, we may use persistent identifiers and store your preferences or settings locally on your device.
We do not collect financial information, health information, precise location, personal communications, or unrelated personal data. We do not access browsing history or activity outside the domains needed to operate the Services.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information for purposes that include but are not limited to:
- Delivering and maintaining the Services, including managing authentication and securing data flows
- Personalizing workflows and synchronizing data across systems
- Supporting routing and scheduling optimization
- Analytics and improvements — understanding usage patterns, identifying errors, and enhancing performance
- Communications — sending updates, support messages, or (where permitted) operational notifications
- Troubleshooting bugs, reliability issues, and support requests
- Meeting legal obligations or responding to lawful requests
We do not sell user data.
We do not use user data for advertising.
We do not use user data to train unrelated AI or machine-learning models.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following ways:
Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, authentication) who process data only on our behalf and in accordance with this Policy.
ServiceTitan
Data access and usage are governed by ServiceTitan's applicable API and integration terms. In some cases, certain data may flow back into ServiceTitan to maintain integration functionality.
Legal or Safety Reasons
We may disclose information if compelled by law, regulation, or litigation, or as necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fleety, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers
If Fleety undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
4. Data Security
Data transmitted between the Services and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Authentication tokens and local settings are stored securely on your device and scoped to the Services.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
5. Data Retention
Authentication tokens are stored for the lifetime of your session and are cleared when you sign out or remove the software.
Local settings and preferences are removed when the software is uninstalled.
Server-side data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. Retention may also be governed by your organization's agreement with Fleety.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can sign out of Fleety at any time. Signing out clears your authentication state.
You can remove or uninstall the software at any time. Doing so removes locally stored data from your device.
You may manage or revoke Fleety's access to ServiceTitan data through your ServiceTitan account or authorization settings.
Your organization may contact Fleety to request access, correction, or deletion of server-side data, subject to your organization's agreement with Fleety and applicable law. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights related to data access, portability, or deletion.
7. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications
Fleety may send SMS/MMS text messages to end consumers of the home-service businesses that use our platform. These messages relate solely to scheduled service appointments and include confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, and rescheduling instructions.
Consent to receive text messages is obtained verbally during the appointment booking or confirmation process, as described in our SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy.
We will not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, or any information collected through our text messaging program with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information collected via SMS is used solely to deliver the appointment notification services described in our SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
8. Children's Privacy
Fleety is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where required.
